2nd Hand Books

Typewronger mostly sells new books, however we occasionally have second hand titles on our shelves. We put a price sticker over the barcode to make sure we don’t get mixed up. We’ll be growing our second hand offering over time, for now…

You can return used books to us for store credit! We only accept books that are in excellent condition and are the sorts of things you’d find new on our shelves. We typically pay £2 per book in store credit, but it can be less if the condition’s not there, and we may refuse your books – please don’t take it personally, we’ve just got a very specific idea of what we’re after!

We can occasionally buy rare books and manuscripts, to book an appointment for this please email pictures of the books to tee@typewronger.com
