Refunds & Returns

The following refunds policy applies only to books and physical items bought from this website, through partnered online retail services, or through custom orders and emails and is written in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, specifically in terms of distance selling (where goods are sent through the post.)

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You must email info@typewronger.com to arrange a return, and send the item back to us at your own cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are typically made in the nature of store credit – we would ideally swap out and send you a similar book or product as a replacement.

In a situation where Typewronger or a Third Party is at fault (eg. books arrive damaged, the wrong book arrives, or a book arrives in any way not as advertised) we can issue a refund via the original method of payment.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
