This is a colour chart showing all nine of the colours in our riso studio – black, metallic gold, bright red, sunflower yellow, green, aqua, medium blue, purple & fluro pink! Our machine prints two colours at a time, and so this had to go through the machine five times, making it a very difficult job to print and register. There will be slight registration errors and idiosyncrasies in your chart – riso is imperfect, and every pass through the machine introduces further imperfections… but that’s why we love it!
The chart includes each of the official riso names for our colours (for instance “bright red” is a different riso ink colour to just “red”) and there’s a table with hex codes and pantones.
This is the perfect tool for would-be-risograph zinesters, graphic designers & artists – in fact we reckon it’s a beautiful adornment to any wall be it studio or home!
Sent in a card tube for protection (hence the standard small parcel shipping cost).

Wrong Directions is our quarterly poetry and flash fiction zine. A single A3 risograph printed sheet, it is sold in store as a scroll, but can be folded into its own envelope so you can send your copy to a friend when you’re finished reading it!
Wrong Directions is a single sheet poetry & flash fiction publication printed and published quarterly by Typewronger Books. Sold in store rolled up as a scroll, UK subscribers have it sent do their home address by Royal Mail second class post folded up as its own origami envelope. Wrong Directions is risograph printed on A3 paper stock. We accept submissions of no more than 300 words per author. Subscriptions last for one year (four editions) with a discount code for renewal included in the final instalment.
The subscription fee covers the price of postage as well as the publication itself.
